Terms of Sale

  • Final Sale: All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

State of Return

  • No Returns: Since all sales are final, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Reason for Return

  • Exception for Damaged Goods: The only exception to our final sale policy is if the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement.

Process for Handling Damaged Items

  • Initiating a Request: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at (561) 674-5227 within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
  • Replacement: Upon verification of the damage, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Process of Refund

  • No Refunds: Since all sales are final, refunds are not available. The only exception is for items that cannot be replaced due to stock availability, in which case a refund may be issued.
